FAQ

Bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and grip socks for added stability and safety on the Megaformer™. If you don’t own a pair yet, no worries — grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

For your first class, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early.
This allows time for a brief Megaformer introduction, an opportunity to ask questions, and to inform us of any injuries or limitations.

To ensure the safest and most elevated experience, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate first-time clients who arrive less than 5 minutes before class.

That is completely normal — especially during your first session. Lagree is a unique method, and the terminology and cues may feel unfamiliar at first.

Our instructors will guide you through every movement with clear instruction, hands-on support, and a calm, encouraging approach. With our intentionally small class sizes, you will always receive personalized attention as you build confidence on the machine.

Take your time — progress comes quickly, and you are in expert hands.

Yes — absolutely. Lagree is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

While the method is highly effective, it is also low-impact and deeply controlled, making it suitable for beginners. Our instructors provide clear guidance, modifications, and personalized support throughout every class.

Your first session is about learning the machine, building confidence, and moving with intention.

Consistency is key. For noticeable strength, posture, and endurance improvements, we recommend:

  • 2 classes per week to build a strong foundation
  • 3–4 classes per week for faster transformation and performance gains

Lagree is designed to be sustainable long-term — supporting not only fitness goals, but also longevity, mobility, and injury prevention.

Completely. Lagree is for every body.

The Megaformer™ allows for adjustable resistance and endless modifications, meaning each client can train at their own level — regardless of shape, size, or fitness background.

Our focus is not perfection, but progress, strength, and connection to your body.

Yes — always.

Therapy Studio Alster Lagree is an inclusive space where everyone is welcome. We celebrate diversity in all forms and are proud to train clients of all genders, identities, and international backgrounds.

Strength is universal, and so is our community.

All you need is:

  • grip socks (required for safety)
  • comfortable workout wear
  • an open and focused mindset

Grip socks are also available for purchase at the studio.

Lagree is low-impact and joint-friendly, making it an excellent option for many clients.

However, because every body is different, we strongly encourage you to inform your instructor before class about any injuries, pain, or medical concerns so we can offer appropriate modifications.

With our physiotherapy-based approach, safety and longevity are always the priority.
